I must truly say that the next best investment that I've made other than to build a new home was to retain the services of Premiere Inspections as a construction monitoring building inspector. Mr. Murphy made it plain that he had my best interest at heart as he inspected each phase of the building process. He is very knowledgeable of what he's doing and he knows what to look for as he inspects. He is familiar with the latest building codes and he made sure that my contractor abided by them. He made sure that there were no shortcuts taken and that I didn't get charged for building materials that I, in fact, did not get. In other words, I had the best quality of building materials and not the substandard materials; I actually got what I was paying for.
What also impressed me with Mr. Murphy was the professionalism in which he handles a job. He knows how to work with the contractor and how to express his concerns without intimidating. Not only does he know how to express himself, he does an exceptional job in writing a detailed report of his findings. Because of Mr. Murphy's expertise, I now have a well- built home.

As a Real Estate Investor the most important thing is finding team members that have the same passion, vision, goals and work ethic as you. I truly believe when you find these individuals their lives and yours will be changed forever. I found that team member in Delford Murphy (Premiere Inspections). Delford exemplifies all of those traits and more.
My partner and I met Delford on a bus tour with other investors looking at potential investment property; Delford was working on a house on the same street. As the other investors hurried to the next house on their list Delford took me over to the house he was working on and explained to me what the city inspector had missed and that he would report this to the city if the inspector didn't come back and make the correction. Delford also informed me that he was being mentored by a gentleman that is respected and experienced in the field. I was already impressed by his passion; at this point we parted company.
Delford didn't know at the time that we were building our team and we had interviewed four other building inspectors and decided to go with one before the bus trip. However, on the trip home I informed my partner that we found our Building Inspector.
Delford first inspection report for my partner and I confirmed what we already knew about Delford. The report was so complete that the seller of the building was in shock. The seller went directly to his project manager to start corrections. Delford went out of his way to meet with the seller and project manager to ensure the corrections would get done. Now, I'm thinking at this point he went beyond the call of duty to protect me and my partner interest. This is the type of person that I want on my team.
Delford sent one last report in booklet style to my partner and me. We didn't know this final report was coming. After receiving the final report I knew Delford embodied all the values my partner and I believe in. Delford is a friend first, business associate second, and inspector third.
